Final road test

This will be the last Kalamazoo update before Burning Man. It's all done, more or less, and it works, more or less. I'm going to stain the wood as I disassemble it tomorrow, then it gets packed in the car Thursday night and I drive to Spokane with it Friday after work. The only thing left to be done is to mount the etched brass builder's plate, but the wood needs to be stained first.

Hrm, drat, that would have been great. Maybe lunch or dinner Monday Sep 6? I could easily pass through Walla Walla on the way back up to Spokane.

Awesome! Is your cell number the same as it was last year in Portland?

If things go as planned, I'll be staying Sunday night in Burns, OR, which is only 4.5 hours from Walla Walla. Getting there by 2 or 3 should work out pretty well.

Oh man, good question. I don't remember when I got my number changed. If it has a (503) area code, then you're good to go.
