It looks like women's unemployment is up by about 3% and men's by a smidge under 5%, making the relative increase... um, 62.5% "falling on men"
Ugh, that sort of coinage alwasy sounds like it comes from a Family Circus cartoon. I was particularly annoyed by "threepeat" a few years ago when som local sports team was in danger of winning something for the third time running.
