For no particular reason other than to keep my exercise regimen interesting, I've been doing the Hundred Pushups program. This morning I finished week 3 (all in the hard column). That means I did a total of 120 pushups this morning! I'm not sure I'm going to be able to finish week 4 on hard, though. It's getting pretty intense.

I have a physiotherapist friend who likes to leave her card at the local CrossFit gym, because they're all bound to need a physio sooner or later following that batshit crazy program. :)

(Though I have to say I find the way it blends olympic weights, parkour, and tinfoil hat philosophy sort of melts my heart, aesthetically speaking.)
