That just might be the most beautiful vehicle I have ever seen. Found on this page. I really must build myself one someday.

Pretty, but it looks thoroughly unsafe and unfun. Don't let [livejournal.com profile] randomdreams see this.

I saw a modern version on tv just this weekend. It uses a chainsaw motor and is from Brazil, I believe. Now I have to try to find it.

Now you have me thinking about the bastard child of a monowheel, a gyroplane and a paddleboat...

Ooh, a giant hamster ball with a tire around the equator, and paddle blade thingies on either side that submerge when you get to water, but are protected by the tire on land. Unfurl the parawing when you go off a cliff.

It all makes sense now!

I've got James Bond chase scene music stuck in my head now.

Sometimes by brain is witty. That is exactly what it said immediately upon seeing that.

It's safer, the faster you go!
Wednesday, November 2nd, 2005 03:25 am (UTC)
I've had dates like that?

Google images fails me. I can't find a picture of Mr. Garrison in South Park driving the contraption that looked identical to that.

Well, almost identical. That one doesn't have the orally-activated throttle.

*That's* the problem! All those monorail voters thought they were voting for *this*!
Friday, November 4th, 2005 04:52 pm (UTC)
Didn't they have something like it on South Park?
