I saw a modern version on tv just this weekend. It uses a chainsaw motor and is from Brazil, I believe. Now I have to try to find it.

Google images fails me. I can't find a picture of Mr. Garrison in South Park driving the contraption that looked identical to that.
Well, almost identical. That one doesn't have the orally-activated throttle.
