Worried about medical record privacy? Change your first name to 'Test', 'Tester' or 'Testa'. Your records will get deleted at semi-regular intervals, and ignored the rest of the time. I bet this works for other systems as well.

I should write a story about someone in a dystopian, cyberpunk near-future who does this. They could be the invisble person, the non-entity, the meat ghost.
