If my eyes are tired, or feeling swollen (like if I've been crying, or have hayfever) and the objects are a friendly shape and cool rather than freezing, I like it.
Forehead, yes. Eyes, I don't think so, although I guess I haven't really done it as far as I can remember... so maybe I do.
I wish I had something cold on my forehead. I have a headache. I think it's because of severe caffiene withdrawal, I've been consuming a lot lately. Stupid drugs.
I just wanted to mention that for a split second when I first read this I pictured pressing cold things against bare eyeballs and it seemed very disturbing. Maybe that's what Shandryl was thinking of. Us crazy Canadians.

I did get so used to doing it, though, that if I have a cold can of pop I'll sometimes press it against my eyes anyway just because it feels good.
