declared Texas' anti-sodomy law unconstitutional
. (Go go gadget judicial branch!) About nine hours later,
Strom Thurmond died
. Coincidence or causality?

How much longer did he have anyway?
I'm delighted about the ruling, BTW. State recognition of gay marriages can't be too far behind. Hurahh!
