Why hasn't someone made a Max Headroom agent for Microsoft Agent? It boggles my mind that one doesn't seem to exist. It doesn't even need to do the stuttering audio -- plain TTS output is fine. I'm even willing to do the spinning striped background. I can do that part fairly easily, but I'm just not a 3D modeler.
All I want is for a talking Max Headroom to introduce movie files for me on my TV. Is this too much to ask? It's freaking 2003 already. Not like I'm asking for a moon base or flying cars or anything. I'm resigned to a cyberpunk future, but I'd at least like the cool toys that go with it.
