You know, I think the AP article messed up their quotes... I saw the headline in the Oregonian yesterday, and the article they had made it sound like the county hadn't actually had a Klingon-speaking mental health patient, yet, but figured it was enough of a possibility to add someone to their list of interpreters to call.
