That is one glorious machine! I makes me think back to the summer of 1972 when the HP-35 scientific pocket calculator came out. After that the printed math tables in various scientific reference books began to shrink rapidly because the modern electronic calculator was physically smaller than the math tables.

We were still being taught how to use tables in the early 90s, but in a very perfunctory way. I assume that's completely gone now.
