Worked on the electro-mechanical sunglasses and the LASER MEDUSA HELMET today. The glasses are functionally complete, as shown below. I still need to make a real nose-rest for them, and work on switching to the brass gears. The laser helmet is done, except for the tilt sensors which have yet to arrive. I'd be prepared to use it without those, but if nothing else it's such an elegant technical solution that I'd been annoyed not to get it implemented.

I like that LASER MEDUSA HELMET is an all caps sort of phrase, clearly because it is just that awesome :)
