Dear Geo-IP Fuckers,

If you insist on restricting content by geographical location (since obviously people in Canada don't deserve to stream your video) could you at least have the flash player check upon loading, and maybe show a message to the effect from the get-go? Letting me click play, have it start to cache the video, and then say 'sorry, bozo' is just unnecessarily cruel.

I can't do any of Hulu, NBC or ABC online content, or Comedy Central. (The later isn't really a problem, since there is the Comedy Network in Canada, which hosts the same content, but it means any Daily Show or Colbert Report clips people embed are all broken.)
