My obsessive paranoid practice of memorizing license plate numbers finally paid off! I was witness to a minor fender bender/hit and run downtown tonight. Before the victim had gotten out of his car I already had the license written down on my hand using the clicky Sharpie kept on my belt. I doubt anything will come of it, but I sure hope so. Jerk.
