I'm at the monthly department meeting. Kurt just got up to wish everyone a happy real Thanksgiving, to many good-natured boos.

Just because Canadian Thanksgiving was a month ago (back when a harvest festival actually makes sense), so he was purposefully needling them with the "real" comment.

Hee, yes. I've never taken a class with him, but I've TA'd 111 (intro programming) under him twice now.
