So, turning 31 is pretty weird. But I can't say being an adult doesn't have its perks, like being able to make baked acorn squash with as much yummy brown sugar juice as I like. Mmmmmmm.

I hit the big "40" in February and frankly at this point I do the same thing I've always done - forget how old I am.

My mental snap answer when someone asks me how old I am is 25.

But yeah being an adult is weird. I prefer to be juvenile when I can get away with it to compensate.

Like carrying around a sonic screwdriver flashlight in my front pocket at work and the complete screwdriver in my backpack. ;-)

Take heart - beyond body changes age only changes what you let it.
