Dr. Paul Newitt (http://www.smile.ca/). He doesn't have digital xrays, but he does use a binocular microscope when working on your teeth, which has a live video feed displayed on a flat panel mounted on the ceiling so you can watch. Which was pretty fun. He isn't as insanely paranoid about causing the slightest amount of discomfort as Dr. Tarr, but still a nice guy and quite willing to talk over technical details when deciding on a course of action.
