Sushi Lessons

Poor chopstick technique is an underrated path to enlightenment. Last night I learned that, despite their similar hue, green jello really, really, really doesn't go well with wasabi.

Jello isn't quite the same as konyaku, but I doubt that would go well with wasabi, either.

... and now I'm curious and have a vague desire to try it and see.

Thanks a smegging bunch. ;-)

I don't know, sweet and hot tastes go together, don't they?

Maybe the problem was one of mixtures and amounts. Try small bits floating with the wasabi mixed with light Soy sauce to get the salty mixed in with the hot and sweet. :-)

See, _there's_ the problem...

...you never match like color with like color. Use beet horseradish with green jello, or wasabi with red jello. Get the Christmas spirit within you, then watch it come back up again for twice the fun!
