Just got out of seeing Sicko. Easily Moore's finest (and most restrained!) work to date. Sure makes me look forward to moving north in a couple weeks.

Speaking of, I'm suddenly getting lots of UBC email after nothing all summer. Becoming a grad student is starting to feel real and rather exciting. This interstitial month of just hanging out is great, but I'm starting to look forward to having real stuff to do again.

Well, Moore is getting older. I suspect the older he gets, the more restrained we'll see him in in future documentaries. :)
