Read into it what you will, I sure do love the feeling of a drillbit sinking steadily into a chunk of metal.

I finally mounted handles to the unfinished surface plates. I figured hand-scraping those is something I can do even in a small apartment in the middle of Vancouver. (In my copious spare time, of course.) Now that is taken care of, I can work on packing the workshop for the move. Urk. Moving sucks.

Mm, tell me about it. I'm a few months off having to pack my workshop for _another_ intercontinental move.

Ack, intercontinental sounds horrible. This is my first international move, and that's pain enough. (Actually, it's my first intercity move since I've had more than a dorm room's worth of stuff. I'm so boring.)

Yes. Moving sucks. But then so does housework, and moving is kind of a superset of that.
