Sleep-dep memology

What would you tattoo on yourself, Memento style? I.e., what facts, goals, warnings, guidelines, etc are most fundamental to your sense of self? Assume basic biographic information (boring!) is a given, and limit yourself to an amount that could be easily read in a mirror.

Tonight's D&D session involved anaphylactic shock, an angry fire elemental enslaved in a furnace (in whose voice I very much enjoyed speaking), an army of mass-produced golems, sympathetic bee magic, and metalurgically-based tactical decisions.

...yeah, that's pretty much what happens when you make me DM.
