I was tripped out when I ran into the Cowboy Hat and Boots down in Columbia City the other day. They are in a playground. I like that neighborhood. It's a place where having a quasi-commercial/light industrial garage on the back of your house, or more properly, your house on the back of the garage makes you one of more domestic neighbors.
