I'm finally watching the extended version of Lynch's Dune. So far, I understand why it was Alan Smithee'd.

So, who else has practiced walking without rhythm, fremin style?

Allan Smithee? I just remember it as being unintentionally funny in several places.

For a couple decades, when a movie is disowned by its director, the tradition was to list Alan Smithee instead.
