Phew. It took me 3 hours, 4 needles, several miles of thread, the reference manual and Google, but I have triumphed over the sewing machine. I now have a very promising looking new tube skirt for the hovercraft mark III. Now to work some more on the stirling engine project, so maybe I can clean up before vixyish gets home tomorrow...

I think the Stanford Band made a hovercraft, to help cause more mayhem. I don't know that the story is on the internet.
