I like the anti-tank weapon on the shoulder of the guy to the left... I'd *hate* to think how difficult this would be in a "moving", bouncing boat... it's bad enough when the ground and the target are stationary.

This pirate "ship" picture explains why the cruise ship was able to get away.

That little outboard is not going to catch a cruise ship at flank speed.
