Saskatchewan Saskatchewan was named due to a mis-interpretation of an Indian phrase, that would now be more correctly translated as "aCHOO!" Its capital is Saskatoon, which has been exporting toons since the beginning of the animation industry. There is nothing in the Saskatchewan aside from Saskatoon and trees. You could drive until you died and never see anything else. (Well, actually there are some cars filled with dead bodies but they're so few and far between you'll never see them.)
