No, they do it to each other too. Anyway, I'd get over faster if there weren't so many people passing me on the right! I'd hate to test a macroscale Pauli exclusionary principle.

I'm not actually sure why it happens, actually, because it seems that more people here observe the speed limit, or at least observe it closer with fewer localized commonaly accepted speed zone exceptions. Yet at the same time the constant passing on all sides also stood out strongly to me. Possibly they're less tolerant of minute changes in speed, so pass pre-emptively in order not to drop .5 mph?
