I love the part about how he's going to avoid directly declaring the war to be over, in order to avoid certain Geneva Convention requirements. :P

The part I'm enjoying is where it says he's going to fly out to a carrier in a "small plane" (got to be a military jet, no?) and do a cable-assisted landing.

My question is, are they packing a change of undies for him, or just sedating him?
