Try 'Alternations' in the Solitaire Free Pack by Tesseract Mobile. It's actually quite hard, without feeling entirely like you can't make progress. I've found a claim online that with good strategy players can reach a 50% win rate. I suspect 'good strategy' involves a lot more note-taking and brains than my tired mind is bringing to the game right now.
