And I should note that the book we published was a *benefit* anthology--we did a massive amount of work to raise money to help a friend of ours. NOT to make money for Google's shareholders. The authors and artists weren't paid, they donated their work, as did we, and as did the layout artist. The idea that Google should profit from our labor which we donated to help our friend, *instead* of her benefiting, is just ... obscene.
