Turns out I'll be making a presentation on computer vision techniques at the Open Source Bridge conference in Portland, OR sometime in June 17-19. Which I'm pretty chuffed about, since I submitted a proposal on a whim at [livejournal.com profile] spinnerin_ftw's prodding. Should be a pretty good talk, though. There are a lot of really cool vision tricks that no one outside of the research community has heard of, and they're really pretty easy to use.

I need to start working out transportation/lodging issues for the trip. And put together the presentation. And the source code for the demo. But mostly, Powell's! And meeting up with people! I haven't been in Portland for like 3-4 years, which is crazy. Who is there these days, who isn't sick of me and would like to get coffee?
