I was also more stressed in 2004, because I was still het up from the evil cheat slimeness of 2000 and the resultant shiny new wars. I think I couldn't hate any administration as much as I have hated this one, so even though I understand that McCain probably = more Bush, I'm oddly unmoved. Which is sad, because Obama's the first candidate I've felt honored to be able to vote for.
Same here. If McCain is Santa burning my house down .. knowing we'd have four more years of Bush was Santa crapping all over my house, pouring gasoline on it, setting it on fire, laughing as it burned, then extinguishing the embers with hydrochloric acid.
