That's impressive. Don't think I'm still at a level I could do that right now. Last summer while, training a lot I was upto 18 sets of 7 pushups each within my KPoD (Thousand Punches of Doom) exercise. KPoD includes aa little over a thousand punches, depending on how closely I was counting, half to the air, half to the bag. My eventual goal was 13 pushups to a set. Need to start working on that again.
Really, what I should be doing is full-on crossfit training. Those guys are nuts--but impressive.
