I took a Computer class once where one of the other students was just in from Jamaica, and she had never seen a typewriter before. When the instructions said "shift key" she had no idea what to do. The TA didn't have much time for her, and I ended up helping her a lot, but I don't recall if she passed. I bet you don't get many students like that. I'm glad you had fun.
