Not too long ago I posted about exploring a lava tube on the slopes of Mt. St. Helens. The USGS has some great pictures of a live lava tube in Hawaii. My favorite is this picture of a glowing skylight feature, not too unlike the ones we used to enter and exit Ape Cave.

I don't think I ever really paid attention to the lyrics of Lola before. This is a very different song than what I assumed it was.
But I still like Weird Al's Yoda better. The best concert experience in my life, no joke, was him performing it at the Spokane County Fair in 1996.
