We're in Whitehorse after driving 618 miles yesterday. Not only did we make up the lost time, we're now ahead of schedule. I'm going to try to make Fairbanks today -- giving us an entire extra day there. Too weird for a trip like this.

Whitehorse is really cool. I think I could live here fairly comfortably. Still no cell coverage, though.

Fairbanks

We made it. 2362 miles over four days. Mapquest's time estimates were way high, so we're here a day early just doing 12 hour days. I'm feeling... very dazed. Tomorrow we're taking our extra day to just bum around Fairbanks doing tourist stuff. Get the oil changed. Not much driving.

And then... the Dalton!
