Several of us have been playing with this for the last few weeks: Name 192 UN Countries in 10 Minutes

I started at a pathetic 63, and after a bit of practice I'm up to 119. I think I can get that to 130 or so before getting into all the morass of little island nations. My African geography really should be better.

This should make everyone much better at the level of Katamari Damacy where you have to roll up all the countries in the world. Except there were 195 countries in the game...

I didn't do much better for a first crack (64), though there were several that I knew but didn't get the spelling the way they wanted. (Bosnia and Herzegovena, I was missing the "and" spelled out. And "Congo" is not enough. [grin] I was yelling "it is too!" at my screen.) Thanks for the link.

I got 82 the first time through (most ashamed of forgetting Laos, Cambodia, and the Baltic states). This is definitely a good brain exercise - thanks for pointing it out.

Thanks for sharing this. It's a neat little test, though it would be easier with a map to look at as a reminder of places where there are countries. I would have remembered Madagascar if I'd seen its shape on a globe.
