Yay, my AMIA 2005 poster was accepted. Another primary authorship! It's in DC this year, which should be better than San Antonio. If I have the time, maybe I'll take the train somewhere for the day. It would be nice to see a bit more of the east coast.

One possible outing to consider: the Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore. The grillework in the metal railings around the place are guitars! Since you enjoy metalworking, you might like to get a close-up look.
