I was down in radiation-oncology this afternoon, setting up some hardware for the patient survey we're administering there, when the following was announced on the PA:

Mister Coli, Mister E. Coli, please call the hospital operator.

I don't know if it was real or a prank or some kind of code like Dr. Allcome, but it was all I could do to keep myself from laughing out loud.
