But, what are you looking for? Horse power vs. lightweight, LatitudeD800/Inspiron 8xxx vs. X300 Modular bays vs. thin. The keyboards all have the same feel /style of keys.
Latitudes C series had dual modular bays which I personally like, but the new D series have Gigabit LAN and longer battery life. All have mini PCI card for choice of b or b/g or a/b/g wireless. The modem is on a daughter card. Some can have Bluetooth. Most all have 2ea USB2, 1ea 1394
